The ISSUE

Pastors in Asia face persecution, poverty, stress, hunger, exhaustion, lack of education, and lack of access to the internet or educational resources.  These stressors create incredible strains that can destroy a pastor’s spiritual life, marriage, family life, and personal health.

The INSIGHT

Impact training is a process that moves leader in the ministry through a three-step process: learning, launching and leading for life.

Learning – “And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O, Israel, the statutes, and judgments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them.”  Deuteronomy 5:1

Launching – “Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, ‘Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.”  Luke 5:4

Leading – “For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.” Psalm 31:
